Pulp: Mercer Implements US $20 Per Tonne Price Increase on NBSK

Mercer International Inc. has informed customers that it is raising the price for its benchmark product, Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft (NBSK), effective April 1, 2007 and until further notice. Prices will rise by US$20 per air dry metric tonne in both North America and Europe, and by US$10 in Asia.
