As part of the expansion of our export activities and mainly on the European market, La Boisserolle is looking for an independent commercial agent for Switzerland Description of products & services • Wood panels (chipboard veneered, mdf veneered, batten veneered, raw plywood or veneered) • Lightweight panels (panels with pu foam, xps, pvc, pet, aluminum or plastic honeycomb core) • Non-combustible panels (calcium silicate panels) • Wood panels sound absorption (panels with round, oblong, grooved perforations, micro-perforations) • Sound insulation panels (panels with cork or baryta rubber core) • Flexible panels (veneer on non-woven, thin three-ply plywood, bendable plywood ) • Various panels (panels with lead core, light panels, composite panels) • Industrial carpentry panels (panels for thermal insulation) • LB + services (bonding way, machining, edge banding, grooving, varnishing) • Decorative finishes (natural, stained, reconstituted wood veneers, HPL laminates, painted, lacquered or filmed aluminum sheets, plastics) Missions Attached to the sales department, you have for objectives of: • Identifying and qualifying potential targets • Developing and managing a client and prospect portfolio • Developing customer loyalty • Ensuring the prescription of panels & finishes with architects, construction economists, decorators & designers, design offices • Ensuring La Boisserolle's representation at local and international fairs • Ensuring regular reporting to the sales department • Ensuring competitive intelligence & technological intelligence in the country concerned • Contributing to the development of marketing tools Qualities sought • Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial skills, mastery of negotiation techniques • “Hunter” temperament, customer and result oriented, dynamic • Entrepreneurial and versatile spirit • Organized, determined, precise, rigorous and autonomous Package • Variable commissions on the CA • Possibility of fixed remuneration after trial period • Commercial documentation & samples • Field support & product / service training Are you interested?
