BASCHILD DVK-I WOOD-BURNING CHAMBERS FOR INDIRECT STEAMING
The BASCHILD DVK-I indirect steam cooking chambers vaporize the wood thanks to the steam produced inside the oven through a boiling water system. Tables and trunks are vaporized in a fully automatic cycle, thanks to the BASCHILD ZOOM control system. Steam is produced by boiling the water contained in a tank, located inside the oven. The exchanger, fed by water (at least + 120 ° C), steam, diathermic oil or gas, generates the water which overheats and consequently its boiling. Once condensed, the water is made to flow out through special conduits, placed inside the foundations of the steam chamber. The capacity of the kiln varies from a minimum of 20 m3, up to a maximum of 200 m3 net per cycle. The stacks are loaded with the forklift loading system. Each vaporizer is built for the specific needs of the customer. DVK-I steaming chambers are designed to be installed outdoors, in any environmental condition. Technical features internal walls in aluminum, 15/10 mm thick, assembled on the installation site and siliconed together; internal insulation in rock wool with a minimum thickness of 100 mm; exterior of the aluminum coating with a special antioxidant treatment; heat exchangers in stainless steel, with standardized thickness of 25/10 mm and tested at 50 bar; stainless steel boiling tank; OXI-VENT overpressure system to guarantee the homogeneity of the steam inside the oven. - Translated with google |
